1. This plan only applicable to 1-level building (concrete) or 2-level building (half-concrete, half-wood)
2. This plan does not cover properties located in Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Province, Hat Yai District, or any location that has experienced flood damage within the past 5 years.
3. The insurer will compensate for damages based on Replacement Cost Valuation.
4. Damages caused by the earthquake on March 28, 2025, including any subsequent aftershocks, which are considered a continuation of the same event, are not covered.

6. The insurer reserves the right to issue only one policy per insured property.

 

The policy does not cover the following property:

How many days will it take to receive the policy after purchase? When does the coverage start?

The policy will be issued within approximately 5 business days. Coverage will commence on the date specified by the customers in the insurance application.

For claims, the insurer will review the claim within approximately 15 business days after receiving all required documents. Claim payment will be made within 15 days after the policyholder accepts the company's agreement.

In cases of the claim process does not comply with the coverage terms of the insurance policy, the review period may be extended up to 90 days after receiving all required documents.
