If I have not received the policy after the insurance purchase, what should I do?
Usually, the car insurance policy is sent to you in advance of the expiration date.

Does Rabbit Care offer car tax extension service?
Rabbit Care does not provide car tax renewal service for customers. However, customers can purchase Car CTPL and bring Car CTPL for tax renewal at the Provincial Land Transport Department. Or you can bring Car CTPL to the tax renewal service point as well.
How to check car insurance premiums via Rabbit Care?

What are the required documents for buying car insurance?
- For personal use: A copy of ID card or passport, a copy of vehicle registration, and the insurance policy of your previous car (if any).
- For company use: A copy of ID card or passport), a copy of vehicle registration, the insurance policy of your previous car, and the company certificate.
What should I do if I have an accident and have not received my insurance policy?
Customers can still make a claim because Rabbit Care starts to cover you immediately from the first payment of premiums.
If I lose my Car CTPL or car insurance policy, what should I do?
Customers can report the lost document(s) to the police officer. After that, please send the original report to Rabbit Care and we will contact the insurance company as soon as possible.
If I cancel my car insurance, how long does it take to get a refund?
You can directly notify Rabbit Care of your cancellation by sending us a copy of your ID card or Passport (stating you want to cancel your insurance), a copy of your bank account, and the original policy (if you have already received the policy), and all documents.
The refund process will take approximately 30-45 working days after receiving all required documents.
When will I get my car insurance policy documents?
Rabbit Care will send you the policy via mail. We will send the documents to the address you indicated within 15-30 working days after the policy has been issued.
How do I report a car accident?

The cancellation process will take up to 45 working days, depending on the payment method, and the bank policy. After that, the bank will refund your account.

What are the conditions of the Waiting Period?
You will not get compensation in case that the insured is diagnosed during the first 30-120 days (according to the terms of the insurance plan) after the policy start date. Therefore, the insurer should always study the details before purchasing the insurance.
“A waiting period” is the amount of time you must wait before some or all of their coverage comes into effect. You may not receive benefits for claims filed during the waiting period. Waiting periods may also be known as “elimination periods” and “qualifying periods”.
