Rabbit Care Company Limited, Rabbit Care Broker Company Limited and ASK Direct Group Company Limited (“Rabbit Care” or “we”), via its website rabbitcare.com (the “website”), provides online comparison services and campaigns in relation to insurance and financial products as more specifically described on the website. The website allows consumers to research and compare insurance, financial, and other products or services.

Our partners, among others, include insurance companies, banks and other financial service providers, mobile operators, property developers, clinics, and car dealers. The services we offer on our website are free of charge for the users; if a user purchases a product from one of our partners through the website, we will receive a commission. Rabbit Care acts as a broker and intermediary for our partners; we do not underwrite any insurance or financial products and are not acting as a bank or an insurance company.

In addition to online comparison services for users of the website, we conduct direct marketing campaigns for our partners (cross-line marketing) and provide data analytics services to our partners. For these campaigns, we collect and/or store customer information, which users provide and consent to us when using the website. “Rabbit Care”, “we”, “our”, “us” means Rabbit Care Company Limited and its subsidiaries Rabbit Care Broker Co. Ltd. (Non-Life insurance broker license no. Wor00021/2557, Life insurance broker license no. Chor00011/2559 issued by the OIC), as well as ASK Direct Group Company Limited, incorporated and existing under the laws of Thailand;

“Services” means providing special campaigns, consultation, and unbiased comparison services in relation to the products, and providing customers with a distribution channel for the products via the website;

“Terms of Use” means these terms and conditions as well as all amendments, additions, restatements, or modifications which may be made from time to time by Rabbit Care;

“Partners” means, amongst others, banks and other financial service providers, mobile operators, property developers, clinics, and car dealers whose products Rabbit Care offers through the website; and

“Website” means and includes rabbitcare.com and all online communication channels operated by Rabbit Care.

These are the terms and conditions (the “Terms of use”) for your use of all services and features on the website and other sites owned and controlled by Rabbit Care. By using the website, you agree to these terms of use and our privacy policy. If you do not agree with any of these, you should not use our website and stop accessing the website immediately. These terms of use shall be construed and governed by the laws of Thailand. Any dispute that arises out of or in connection with these terms of use shall be referred to the competent courts of Thailand.
