What is "My Vouchers"?
Special privileges or rewards that customers may receive from Rabbit Care promotional campaigns.
After completing the insurance premium payment through Rabbit Care service channels, customers can check their available, used, and expired vouchers from this menu.
How to check your vouchers: App → Home → My Vouchers
the Big C e-voucher is approximately 30 days after the payment of your insurance premium.
Where do I find "My Vouchers" in the app?
Go to the Home menu (bottom left corner), then select My Vouchers.
Do I need to log in before redeeming a voucher?
You must log in each time using your registered phone number.
If you are a new user, go to Profile → Personal Information, then enter the policyholder’s ID number (or Tax ID number / passport number) to verify your identity.
How do I redeem a voucher?
- App → Home → My Vouchers
- Select the voucher you wish to redeem
- Present the QR code or barcode to the staff for scanning (or follow the store’s instructions)
How do I know if redemption was successful?
After use, the voucher moves to Redeemed status in My Vouchers.
How can I view redeemed or expired vouchers?

When will I receive my Big C voucher?
For the Big C e-voucher, you will receive an SMS notification to the registered phone number in the system. The estimated upload time for the Big C e-voucher is approximately 30 days after the payment of your insurance premium, according to the promotional terms.
- Open the app → Home → My Vouchers
- Select the voucher you want to use
- Present the QR code or barcode to the staff for scanning (or follow the store's instructions)
How to use the E-Voucher:
Inform the staff that you wish to use the discount voucher. The staff will press F7 in the system and enter the 17-digit coupon code you received, starting with *(asterisk) followed by the 17 digits.
Big C e-voucher rules
- Usage: Valid for in-store purchases only (not applicable for online purchases).
- Remaining balance: Any unused value cannot be exchanged or refunded in cash.
- Returns: If a purchase made with a voucher is canceled or returned, the voucher value used cannot be refunded or reissued.
- Combination with other promotions: Can be used in conjunction with other store promotions, unless otherwise specified by the store.
- Exclusions: Not valid for alcohol, tobacco, mobile top-ups, gift cards, online purchases, and other items as specified by Big C.
- Expiry date: Please check the expiry date in the “My Vouchers” menu. Expired vouchers cannot be reissued.
Voucher troubleshooting
- Link won't open: Some devices/networks block links due to anti-scam measures. Try another network or screenshot the QR to present at the store.
- Store can't scan my QR: Turn off Dark Mode (Night Mode), then present the QR again.
