What is "My Vouchers"?

Privileges or rewards customers may receive from Rabbit Care promotional campaigns after completing insurance payment through Rabbit Care service channels. You can see available, redeemed, and expired vouchers in this menu.

Where do I find "My Vouchers" in the app?

Go to the Profile menu (bottom right) and select My Vouchers.

Do I need to log in before redeeming a voucher?

Yes. Log in first. If you're new, go to Profile → Personal Information and enter the policyholder's National ID number to verify.

How do I redeem a voucher?

  1. App → Profile → My Vouchers
  2. Open the voucher you want to redeem
  3. Show the QR code / barcode to the cashier to scan (or follow the merchant's instructions)

How do I know if redemption was successful?

After use, the voucher moves to Redeemed status in My Vouchers.

How can I view redeemed or expired vouchers?

App → Profile → My Vouchers → tabs: Available / Redeemed / Expired.

When will I receive my Big C voucher?

  • Full payment: We send an SMS to the registered phone number with an e-voucher link, typically within ~30 working days after payment.
  • Cash installments: We send an SMS once you complete all installments, typically within ~30 working days after the final installment.


To change the phone number on file, contact Care Center 1438.

In-store use: Inform staff you're using an e-voucher; staff presses F7 and enters the voucher code.

Big C e-voucher rules

  • Use: In-store purchases only (not online).
  • Remaining value: Any leftover is void (no change/refund).
  • Returns: If you cancel/return a purchase made with a voucher, the voucher value is non-refundable.
  • Combine promos: Can be used with other store promotions unless the store states otherwise.
  • Exclusions: Alcoholic beverages, cigarettes, mobile top-ups, gift cards, online purchases, and other items as specified by Big C.
  • Expiry: Check expiry in My Vouchers; expired vouchers cannot be reissued.

Voucher troubleshooting

  • Link won't open: Some devices/networks block links due to anti-scam measures. Try another network or screenshot the QR to present at the store.
  • Store can't scan my QR: Turn off Dark Mode (Night Mode), then present the QR again.
