When I have accident, What do I have to do?

Step 1 Check for injuries
If there are injuries, call the ambulance to bring the wounded to the nearest hospital


Step 2 Call insurance company
Call the insurance Hot Line immediately to inform the incident


Step 3 Give these details

  • License plate, car’s brand and color
  • Policy number
  • Driver’s number
  • Location
  • Brief incident

Step 4 Wait at the scene
After calling, please wait and follow insurance officer’s instructions


Step 5 Do not move the car except

  • The police is in charge
  • There is evidence that shows who is guilty
  • If you move the vehicle, please notify the insurance company

Step 6 Do not agree to pay compensation
You should wait until the insurance officer arrives and inspects the incident
