Roadside Assistance Service from Lemon-aide (Thailand) Company Limited

Terms of Service

  • The 24-Hour Roadside Assistance service can be used for customers who purchased car insurance at Rabbit Care since June 1, 2025
  • This service is provided by Lemon-aide (Thailand) Company Limited
  • Please read terms and conditions below to use 24-Hour Roadside Assistance service or contact the assistance hotline at 02-057-1253.

Terms and conditions

  • The Roadside Assistance Service is provided to vehicle maximum age at 15 years.
  • The Roadside Assistance Service is provided only for 4-wheel vehicles (personal use; sedan, pickup).
  • The service is only provided for the customers who purchased car insurance type 1 and type 2+.
  • The service is only provided for customers who purchased car insurance with these insurance companies below:
  1. Chubb Samaggi Insurance Public Company Limited
  2. Jaymart Insurance Public Company Limited
  3. Dhipaya Insurance Public Company Limited
  4. Deves Insurance Public Company Limited
  5. Thai Paiboon Insurance Public Company Limited
  6. Thaivivat Insurance Public Company Limited
  7. Navakij Insurance Public Company Limited
  8. Muang Thai Insurance Public Company Limited
  9. The Viriyah Insurance Public Company Limited
  10. LMG Insurance Public Company Limited
  11. AIG Insurance (Thailand) Public Company Limited

Service Details:

In the event that the vehicle is immobile or cannot be operated in Thailand, the Member shall be entitled to the services specified below:

Details of 24-Hour Emergency Assistance

Free Emergency Battery Jump-Start

  • If the vehicle cannot start due to battery problems, the company will arrange for staff to assist with a jump-start to make the car operable.
  • The company covers service charges, labor, and travel costs, but does not cover the cost of a new battery if replacement is required.
  • The company will not cover jump-start services if the customer ignored a prior recommendation to replace the battery.
  • Service available once per year.

    Free Nationwide Towing Service
  • If the vehicle breaks down due to mechanical failure and cannot be repaired on-site, the company will arrange towing to the nearest garage/service center or to a location of the customer’s choice.
  • Free towing is provided for up to 25 km from the breakdown site; additional distance is charged at 25 THB per km.
  • Service available once per year (limited to one incident and one destination).

    Free Spare Key Delivery Service
  • The company covers service and travel costs to deliver the spare key from the pickup point to the customer’s vehicle within a distance of 25 km. Additional distance is charged at 25 THB per km.
  • Does not cover costs of towing the vehicle for repairs outside the breakdown location.
  • Service available once per year.

    Free Emergency Fuel Delivery
  • Up to 10 liters of fuel per incident, once per year, if the vehicle cannot continue due to running out of fuel.
  • The company is not responsible for damages caused by the customer requesting the wrong type of fuel.
  • Does not cover costs of towing the vehicle for refueling outside the breakdown location.
  • Service available once per year.

    Free Spare Tire Replacement
  • If a tire is punctured or bursts, the company will send staff to replace the spare tire at the scene (a spare tire must be available and ready for use).
  • The company covers the cost of labor for replacement only. It does not cover expenses for new tires, special spare tires, towing/sliding trucks, tire costs, patching, special tools, or other repairs.
  • For vehicles manufactured from 2019 onwards that provide an emergency tire repair kit instead of a spare, the company will send staff to patch the tire using the kit (customer must provide the repair kit).
  • Does not cover costs of towing the vehicle for repairs outside the breakdown location.
  • Service available once per year.

    Free Taxi, Car Rental, or Hotel Booking Assistance
    If the customer’s vehicle is unusable due to mechanical breakdown, the company will provide:
  • Taxi service coordination – The company will call a taxi for the customer, but fare charges are the customer’s responsibility. This service is available only if the breakdown occurs more than 100 km from the customer’s residence and repairs take more than 24 hours.
  • Car rental coordination – The company will assist in arranging a rental car, but rental fees are the customer’s responsibility.
  • Hotel booking assistance – The company will help arrange a hotel according to the customer’s needs, but accommodation costs are the customer’s responsibility.
