Roadside Assistance Service from Europ Assistance (Thailand) Company Limited
Terms of Service
- The 24-Hour Roadside Assistance service can be used for customers who purchased car insurance at Rabbit Care no later than May 31, 2025
- This service is provided by Europ Assistance (Thailand) Company Limited
- Please read terms and conditions below to use 24-Hour Roadside Assistance service or contact the assistance hotline at 02-039-5744.
Coverage is provided only for the following insurance companies:
- AIG Insurance
- Chubb Samaggi Insurance
- Deves Insurance
- Navakij Insurance
- Thaipiboon Insurance
- Muang Thai Insurance
- Dhipaya Insurance
- Viriyah Insurance
- Allianz Insurance
- Jaymart Insurance
- MSIG Insurance
- Intra Insurance
- Sompo Insurance
Terms of Service
- Unlimited mechanical advice over the phone.
- Emergency Roadside Repair 1 time per year.
- Emergency Towing of a Vehicle 1 time per year:
For the first 25 km of towing from the scene to the garage. For any excess kilometers, there will be an extra charge of THB 30 per kilometer. - Emergency Gasoline Refill Service 1 time per year:
Free 10 litres of gasoline refilled at the scene. In event the gasoline is run out or the low fuel warning light appears. For subsequent occasions within the same year, gasoline expenses shall be the responsibility of the Member. - Emergency Spare Key Service 1 time per year:
Free pick up the spare key within 20 km from the scene. For any excess kilometers. there will be an extra charge of THB 25 per kilometer. If there’s no spare key available, the staff will coordinate with the locksmith to provide key cutting service. The expenses shall be the responsibility of the Member. - Continuation of Journey:
In event of the vehicle breakdown, the company will coordinate these services to the Member:
- An alternative vehicle car rental, or
- Hotel accommodation, or
- Transportation Ticket, including plane ticket
- Emergency Medical Assistance Services:
The company will provide Emergency Medical Assistance Services by car accident point to the nearest hospital. The service is provided for up to 7 people. Coverage is up to THB 300,000 per incident, limited to 1 incident per year throughout Thailand including:
- Emergency Medical Evacuation.
- Emergency Medical Repatriation.
- Repatriation of the Member’s Immediate Family.
- Repatriation of Mortal Remains.
Terms and conditions:
- Service is available only for vehicles not older than 15 years.
- Service is limited to private vehicles only (sedans and personal pickup trucks).
- Service is available exclusively to customers holding insurance policies of type 1 and type 2+.
- All vehicles must be legally authorized to be eligible for service.
- Emergency assistance does not cover any issues arising from accidents or natural disasters.
- Incidents must occur on public roads, highways, public or private parking areas. Emergency assistance does not cover removal of obstacles such as trees on the road, beaches, restricted or obstructed areas, construction sites, race tracks, or roads with controlled access.
- Emergency assistance is provided only when the vehicle is immobilized. It does not cover any expenses related to vehicle spare parts.
- Service will be provided in all cases unless conditions are deemed too dangerous due to severe weather or unsuitable road conditions.
- Emergency assistance does not cover costs related to services for vehicles other than the insured vehicle.
- Towing service is limited to incidents where an eligible vehicle cannot be started or driven safely under its own power.
- Customers may request towing services as often as needed. Our contractors will charge a special emergency assistance rate applicable nationwide.
- Any additional expenses for towing modified vehicles that require special procedures and/or equipment beyond what is normally required for standard vehicles are the responsibility of the customer.
- Ferry charges, bridge tolls, or expressway fees incurred during service are the responsibility of the customer.
- The company is not responsible for any expenses related to damage to goods or commercial items carried in the vehicle. Customers must unload all cargo before receiving assistance.
- The company is not responsible for any service charges or expenses incurred when towing or carrying loads exceeding the manufacturer’s specified weight or passenger capacity, or when the vehicle is used for motor racing or similar competitions.
