24-hour Auto Assist and Roadside Service
24-hour consulting and service available for BKI's car insurance customers
- Battery jumpstart service
- Flat tire service
- Lost key/lockout service (Actual cost not exceeding 500 Baht per service used)
- Fuel delivery
- Other emergency on-site services
Free towing service
for the first 30 kilometers. 1 service call/period of policy
Additional Service
Additional service available for BKI motor insurance customers
- Technical advice service
- Medical care advice service
- Urgent messaging service
- Flight arrangement service
- Hotel and restaurant reservation service
- Car and limousine rental service
- Tee-off time reservation service
Remarks
- For towing service, 25 Baht will be charged for each extra kilometer or a flat rate will be applied.
- The service does not cover damages caused by the use of the wrong type of gas, gas fee, spare parts or equipment fee, or other fees not covered by the insured’s plan.
- The insureds will be informed of any charges for the service for prior approval.
- The provision of this emergency assistance service is only for the vehicle breakdown, not a cause by an accident.
