This service applies only to customers who purchase Sompo Car Insurance Type 1 or Type 2+.

• 24/7 Telephone Consultation by a Technician in case of an emergency vehicle breakdown
• 24/7 Roadside Assistance for emergency vehicle breakdowns (within Thailand)
• Emergency Vehicle Repair Service to provide initial assistance at the scene — available 1 time per year (excluding the cost of spare parts or additional equipment)
• Emergency Towing Service within 25 km per incident — available 1 time per year. For distances beyond 25 km, the customer is responsible for the additional charge of 30 THB per km. For electric vehicles, towing services are only available in case of emergency breakdowns, not for towing when the battery runs out of energy.
• Emergency Fuel Delivery Service (up to 10 liters per incident) — available 1 time per year, only in the event of running out of fuel while driving and the vehicle cannot be driven. For electric vehicles, there will be no emergency charging service.
• Emergency Locksmith Service for forgotten keys or lost keys. You can choose from the following options:
  

1. Spare Key Pickup Service within 20 km per incident — available 1 time per year. For distances beyond 20 km, the customer is responsible for the additional charge of 25 THB per km.
2. Locksmith Service to Unlock Vehicle at the scene, with the customer responsible for the locksmith's service charge.

• Assistance with Booking Services, such as hotel accommodations, restaurants, golf courses, entertainment tickets, flower or gift deliveries, car rentals, flight tickets, and arranging a backup driver in case of intoxication. The customer is responsible for any charges related to the purchase of goods or services from third parties.
