Send Driver Home Service

Exclusive service for customers who purchase Type 1 motor insurance with Rabbit Care!

In case of an immobile vehicle caused by an accident, Rabbit Care offers you a Send Driver Home Service where you can reimburse your travel expense to help you get back to your home safe and sound. Simply open a transport application of your choice such as Grab, LINE Man, Bolt, or any other service provider, book a ride and send us your travel receipt so we can handle the rest for you because your convenience and safety are our priority concern.

Benefit of Send Driver Home Service

  • You can reimburse your travel expenses for up to 500 baht per time.
  • You can use Send Driver Home Service for up to 2 times per year.
  • You can make sure that you will be home safe.
  • You can track the status of your reimbursement with us directly.

How to reimburse the travel expenses

  1. Keep your travel receipt after booking a ride in an application.
  2. Contact our Care Center at 1438.
  3. Press '0' for Care Emergency.
  4. Our staff will ask you to send the following evidence for reimbursement via LINE Official Account or Email.
    • Evidence of using the towing service from AWP
    • Transport application receipt (Grab, LINE Man, Bolt or any other service provider)
    • National identification number
    • Copy of your passbook
  5. The fare reimbursement will pay by check and send directly to you within 45 days.
  6. You can track the status with us at Care Center 1438.

Terms and Conditions

  1. Please book a ride with transport application only (such as, Grab, LINE Man, Bolt or other service providers)
  2. Send Driver Home Service is reserved only in case your vehicle is immobilized in an accident and use AWP towing service to the garage or service center only.
  3. Send Driver Home Service is reserved for type 1 motor insurance purchase with Rabbit Care only.
  4. You can use Send Driver Home Service 2 time per year and the fare shall not exceed 500 baht per time.
  5. If the fare exceed 500 baht, you shall responsible for the additional cost.
  6. The company reserves the right to change the terms and conditions without prior notice.
