Car Replacement Service

Rabbit Care understands the inconvenience when your car is sent to the repairs due to an accident. As your convenience is our top priority, we would like to offer a free car replacement service during your vehicle repairs from a leading car rental service provider in Thailand for up to 3 days.

Privileges that you will receive from our car replacement service

New car guarantee with a good condition and fully functional, vehicle age less than 3 year.
Only type 1 motor insurance can request the car replacement service
Free car replacement service for 3 days (1 time per year) only when you are the right party.
If you want to extend your car replacement service, you will get a special rate (exclusively for Rabbit Care customer).
If you want a better car model, you can request an upgrade at a special rate (exclusively for Rabbit Care customers.)
Free pick up and drop off within 15 km from Hertz service center.

Please provide us the following information to request a car replacement service:

While your car is sent to a garage because of a damage in an accident, you can request a car replacement service with Rabbit Care as the following steps.
    1. Contact our Care Center at 1438.
    2. Press '0' for Care Emergency.
    3. Our staff will ask for your information and inform the service conditions.
    4. Our staff will coordinate and send your information to Hertz.
    5. Hertz will prepare your replacement car and contact you when the vehicle is ready for service. This will take approximately 1 day.

Terms and Conditions

    1. The replacement car will be Toyota Yaris 1.2.
    2. You can request a model upgrade at a special rate (exclusively for Rabbit Care customers.)
    3. The service is free of charge for the first 3 days. If you want to extend your car replacement service, you shall be responsible for an additional charge at a special Hertz rate.
    4. The price of additional service fee does not include 7% VAT.
    5. The car replacement service does not include gas. The replacement car will come with a full gas tank, customer are expected to return the replacement car as such. In the case that the replacement car does not have a full gas tank upon returning, Hertz will charge the full price of 2,520 baht for gasoline.
    6. If the replacement car has been damaged, you shall be responsible for an additional cost of 5,000 Baht.
    7. Please request for a car replacement service 1 day in advance.
    8. Available service areas: Bangkok, Nonthaburi, Pathum Thani, and Samut Prakan areas
    9. The company reserves the right to change the terms and conditions without prior notice.
    10. Other service conditions are specified by Hertz.
